What happens to the details you give us

Who we are

This website and MetaDew are run by Medical Interventions Private Limited, Hyderabad, India. Write to us at sales@medicalinterventions.in about anything on this page.

What we collect when you ask for a demo

• Your name, email address and phone number. We need at least one of the email or the phone, so we can reach you.
• Your clinic's name, your city, and any message you write to us.
• The page you asked from, and the campaign tag in the link that brought you here, if there was one. This tells us which of our posts or emails you saw.

We do not ask for payment details, and nothing about patients belongs in this form.

Why

To arrange the demo you asked for and to follow it up with you. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything else.

Where it is kept

Your request is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase in Mumbai, India. A backup copy of that database is made every night and kept in Amazon Web Services' Mumbai region, also in India.

Who else sees it

Our marketing system, also hosted in Mumbai, receives your email address, phone number, city, the page you asked from and the campaign tag, so it can follow up your demo. It does not receive your name, your clinic's name or your message.

We send those follow-ups by email through Resend and by WhatsApp through Meta. Both handle messages outside India. We send them only to people who have asked for a demo, and every message lets you stop receiving more.

We share your details with no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If your clinic becomes a MetaDew customer, the request stays with your account's records for as long as you are a customer, and is deleted 24 months after the account ends.

Our nightly backups exist to protect clinics' records. A backup made before a deletion can still hold a copy of the request. We never use backups to contact anyone.

Your choices

Write to sales@medicalinterventions.in to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. When we delete a request, we also have our marketing system erase your contact. We answer within 30 days.

To stop follow-up messages, reply to any of them to say so, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. The companies that host the site (Vercel) and the demo form (Supabase) keep short-lived technical logs of requests, including your IP address, for security.

MetaDew itself

Patient records that clinics keep in MetaDew are not covered by this page. They belong to the clinic, which decides what is recorded and who sees it. We look after them on the clinic's behalf, under our agreement with that clinic.
